Do you take insurance?

• We take Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Optum, and Cigna for mental health.  For Weight Loss Health we do not take insurance, cash only.    Unfortunately, I have had no success with insurance coverage and the out-of-pocket cost is high.  However, we use compounded pharmacies at an affordable price.

What is a compounding pharmacy?

• A compounding pharmacy is a specific type of pharmacy. They can make customized medications for you, a family member, or even your pet.

• Some people and animals need medications that aren’t commercially available. That is medications that aren’t mass-produced and available at a standard pharmacy. There are many possible reasons for this need, and this is discussed later on. That’s where compounding pharmacies come in.

Do I have to reside in the state of Arizona?

• Yes, you have to be in the state of Arizona to receive services.  Please contact us if you have additional questions.

Is lab work and vitals required?

• Yes, we required you to have a blood pressure monitor and weight scale. We will order lab work from Labcorp Laboratory. You can go to any Labcorp near you.
